The snow is covering the mountain tops today and it reminds me of when I first sketched them.  Scrubbing with my B6 pencil, being careful not to smudge the areas so I can paint in the lightest values.  Looking out at the shapes; keeping my eye on the curves and lines of the peaks its difficult to keep track of where I was on the canvas, I'm reluctant to take my eyes off the mountain.  Finally my pencil hits the end of the canvas; I'm done (sort of).
