This large canvas (48 inch x 36 inch) with large blocks of colour define form; using a limited palette of muted tones of purple, blues, beige and white to create a soft abstracted landscape

I like the early stage feel, how its undefined, with a 'no-fuss' results. I had a friend help me fill in the four corners of the large canvas by blocking in a colour, then I softened the edges, applied more layers, thinking only of the overall design I wanted to leave as much open space as possible.
